Beckman Coulter Inc., is an international manufacturing company that makes biomedical laboratory instruments. For every product produced by Beckman Coulter, there is an extensive list of documentation created. In an attempt to mange this content more effectively, Beckman Coulter assessed the use of a Component Content Management System (CCM). EverAge was tasked with the analysis and documentation required to establish a return of investment for the implementation of a CCM.
